General Policy
- All times provided are stated in local time or UTC+8.
- Please ensure that you check in at least 60 minutes prior to your trip.
- Failure to comply with the check-in or boarding times may result in missing the boat and forfeiting the paid fare.
- The responsibility for insurance coverage lies with each Fast Boat Company.
- Each passenger is allocated a baggage space of up to 30Kg.
- Fast Boats traveling to or from Gili Air / Gili Trawangan / Lombok may involve a transit at certain harbors. We cannot be held accountable for any changes in this regard.
- We exclusively accepts requests for rescheduling and cancellations in accordance with the fast boat policy.
- Each passenger must present a valid ID card during check-in.
- If a foreign passenger has booked a ticket but selects a domestic or ITAS price and fails to provide an Indonesian ID card or ITAS card during check-in, the e-ticket will not be valid.
- We cannot be held responsible for:
- Any changes to the departure time of the Fast Boat.
- Delays in the departure of the Fast Boat.
- Cancellation of the Fast Boat due to situations and conditions beyond its control, such as adverse weather or Fast Boat damage. Customers can make rescheduling requests or cancellations by contacting our customer service.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation from FAST BOAT due to bad weather, big waves, natural disasters, broken boat engine, passengers will get 100% money back guarantee or can reschedule for free of charged.
- Refunds will apply if the passenger cancels under the following circumstances:
- 70% refunds (30% Penalty), if cancel made 120 hours or more before departure time.
- 50% refunds (50% Penalty), if cancel made 72 hours – 119 hours before departure time.
- 0% refunds (100% Penalty), if cancel made less than 72 hours
Rescheduling Policy
- Reschedule available for same boat, under the following circumstances:
- Free of charge, if reschedule made at least 24 hours before departure time, based on the availability of fast boat company.
- Reschedule available only for different boat, under the following circumstances:
- Passengers will be charged a cancellation penalty fee (according to the cancellation policy).
- Accepted if fast boat company still have availability
